Peter Quansah Jr. is an associate member at Hajduk Gibbs LLP. His practice focuses on personal injury and employment litigation. A former insurance defence litigator, Peter has a strong work ethic, and client-focused mentality.
Peter routinely handles complex insurance claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, including spinal-cord injuries, as well as litigating long-term disability claims. In addition, he represents both management and employees in employment law matters.
His client-focused approach generates successful results due to his meticulous preparation and his ability to outwork and outmaneuver the opposition.

Peter graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School in 2010 and following his articles, practiced at a mid-size insurance defence firm in Toronto. He moved to Alberta in 2013. Peter is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) and the Law Society of Alberta.
Peter has appeared on behalf of clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
Peter also enjoys tremendous results outside the courtroom.
In negotiations and mediations, he is known by his colleagues as a tenacious and tough representative of his client’s interests.
When not advocating he is a dedicated father of three children, encouraging their dreams. He also tries to squeeze in a workout from time to time.
